ope\u0301ration d\u2019ame\u0301nagement est situe\u0301 sur la Commune de Gujan-Mestras, au lieu-dit \u00ab\u00a0Chante-Claire\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Sainte Marie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #020202; color: #020202;\">Le projet se compose de trois entite\u0301s, deux collectifs nomme\u0301s \u00ab\u00a0Ilot Ouest\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Ilot Est\u00a0\u00bb et un groupement de maisons nomme\u0301 \u00ab\u00a0Ilot Nord\u00a0\u00bb. Les deux collectifs se font face de part et d\u2019autre de l\u2019avenue Ste Marie. 30 logements c\u00f4t\u00e9 Ouest, 44 c\u00f4t\u00e9 Est, leurs <strong>fa\u00e7ades sont en miroir<\/strong>, leurs acc\u00e8s sous porche en sym\u00e9trie parfaite. La composition des fa\u00e7ades est sobre, superposition des percements et des prolongements ext\u00e9rieurs (balcons). Ces derniers sont <strong>couronn\u00e9s par des toitures pignonn\u00e9es<\/strong> selon la typologie <strong>r\u00e9gionale<\/strong>. Ce dispositif s\u00e9quence le lin\u00e9aire de l&rsquo;immeuble et permet d&rsquo;offrir une protection solaire des pi\u00e8ces principales.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #020202; color: #020202;\">L&rsquo;Ilot Nord : le parti architectural d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 est la juxtaposition des logements selon trois groupes de 6 maisons en affirmant par la forme de leur toiture en \u00ab\u00a0accord\u00e9on\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;individualit\u00e9 de chacune sur le principe du \u00ab\u00a0pignon sur rue\u00a0\u00bb. Les fa\u00e7ades principales sont une succession de pignons accol\u00e9s. C\u00f4t\u00e9 rue, la d\u00e9coupe des murs r\u00e8gne avec les rives de toitures, avec un d\u00e9bord de toiture r\u00e8glementaire. Les groupes B &amp; C sont \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9s par les garages r\u00e9unis deux par deux. Ils forment des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 simple RDC rythmant le lin\u00e9aire des fa\u00e7ades sur rue.
