Le projet se situe au lieu-dit le Petit Maine a\u0300 Champcevinel en Dordogne. Le ba\u0302timent s’enserre dans un environnement fort<\/strong>, qui se trouve entre un bois escarpe\u0301 et une haute falaise calcaire.<\/strong> Les 2 ba\u0302timents existants abandonne\u0301s sont de\u0301molis. La forme en U du ba\u0302timent permet de proposer un espace central prote\u0301ge\u0301 et paysage\u0301, tourne\u0301 vers la falaise. Un passage sous porche accompagne les pie\u0301tons jusqu’aux halls. La toiture a\u0300 2 pentes est couverte de tuiles terre cuite rouge. Le volume est blanc, pur, seuls les fonds de loggias<\/strong> sont en enduit brun matrice\u0301.<\/p>

Le ba\u0302timent en R+1 s’implante en discontinu. Le programme de 43 logement est 100% social.
