L\u2019op\u00e9ration Les jardins d\u2019Arcadia se situe \u00e0 Val de Virv\u00e9e (Gironde), dans un hameau, rue du Puyfaure proche du carrefour avec la rue de la Carbonnie. Le projet propose un programme de 20 logements, des maisons individuelles group\u00e9es par 2. Le stationnement s’organise le long de la voie est\/ouest cr\u00e9\u00e9e destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9trocession, les maisons s\u2019alignent au nord et au sud de cette voie. <\/span><\/p>

La volum\u00e9trie des villas est simple, en harmonie avec les constructions avoisinantes<\/strong>, les maisons sont group\u00e9es par 2, en R+1 selon un rythme r\u00e9gulier depuis l\u2019entr\u00e9e en haut de pente \u00e0 l\u2019ouest vers l\u2019est en bas de pente. Les baies des \u00e9tages et des rez-de-chauss\u00e9e sont compos\u00e9es par regroupement et alignement offrant une lisibilit\u00e9 claire des entit\u00e9es d\u2019habitation. Le principe constructif pr\u00e9sente des \u00e9l\u00e9vations b\u00e9ton isol\u00e9es ext\u00e9rieurement<\/strong> puis enduites. Ce dispositif est vertueux thermiquement.<\/span><\/p>
