La r\u00e9sidence Le Plaisance se situe Chemin du Livey, sur la commune de Saint Loub\u00e8s (33).<\/p>

Elle accueille un groupement d’habitations de 60 logements compos\u00e9 d’un immeuble collectif social de 40 appartements destin\u00e9 aux s\u00e9niors et de 20 maisons individuelles interm\u00e9diaires. Le stationnement se d\u00e9veloppe le long de la voie int\u00e9rieure accessible du chemin du Livey.<\/p>

L’immeuble forme un fond de perspective<\/strong> \u00e0 la voirie d’acc\u00e8s. Les maisons group\u00e9es par 3 ou 4 s’organisent de part et d’autre de cet axe, perp\u00e9tuant la sym\u00e9trie globale<\/strong>.<\/p>

Les constructions, de formes simples, en U pour le collectif, rectangulaires pour les groupements de maisons, comportent 2 niveaux et des toitures majoritairement \u00e0 2 pentes avec pignons ou croup\u00e9es en tuile de terre cuite.
