p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre r\u00e9sidentiel inscrit entre les b\u00e2timents commerciaux d\u2019Aldi au nord et d\u2019Intermarch\u00e9 au sud.<br \/>Le projet propose un programme de 19 logements (8 T2, 8 T3, 2 T4 et 1 T5) dans un immeuble d\u2019habitation social de 3 niveaux (R+1+attique).<\/p><p>La volum\u00e9trie est simple, parall\u00e9l\u00e9pip\u00e9dique rectangle.<br \/>La fa\u00e7ade principale Ouest, sur l\u2019avenue est compos\u00e9e selon des plans de fa\u00e7ade courants et<br \/>d\u2019autres en retrait dans le but de <strong>s\u00e9quencer son lin\u00e9aire<\/strong> et sa hauteur : retrait du dernier niveau (attique), des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s nord et sud ainsi que d\u2019une trame m\u00e9diane. Ces plans de fa\u00e7ade en retrait sont soulign\u00e9s par la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un enduit color\u00e9 en opposition \u00e0 l\u2019enduit blanc des fa\u00e7ades courantes. Ainsi se d\u00e9tachent 2 volumes enduits blanc et sym\u00e9triques <strong>s\u00e9par\u00e9s par 3 s\u00e9quences en retrait<\/strong> \u00e0 la tonalit\u00e9 chaude.<br \/>La fa\u00e7ade principale Est pr\u00e9sente un principe de 2 niveaux b\u00e2tis sur un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e en creux (stationnement ouvert) port\u00e9s sur pilotis.
